Why we're an introductory agency
For care and domestic services, Gentility Services operates as an introductory agency: we carefully vet and introduce a suitable person to you, and we don't take an ongoing role in the personal care they provide. This is a well-established, lawful model — it's why these services are not required to register with the Care Quality Commission — and it keeps you in control of the relationship while we handle the vetting and matching. Our commercial cleaning is delivered as a fully managed service.
